(LIVE 105) Studio Sessions 2005 Giveaway
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize. One grand prize includes two tickets to every Studio Session from 1/01/05 to 12/31/05. Dates, bands, and locations are unknown at this time. Grand prize winner will be notified by phone/email no later than 5 days prior to each 2005 Studio Session. Also, you will have your video played at 1 (one) up-coming Studio Sessions.
HOW TO ENTER:
Make a video and show us why you should win. Be dramatic, be funny, be heroic, just make sure you make it so that people will vote for your video.
1. The video needs to be no more than 2 minutes long and of original content. If it is not original content, you must have the rights to the footage and/or audio in your video.
2. Films need to be uploaded to the LIVE 105 Studio Sessions category on my5minutes.com no later than September 9, 2004 at 11:59:59 pm (Pacific Time) PT.
3. Your video must have a minimum of 10 votes to qualify to win. We trust that you have at least 10 friends that will vote for your video.
4. My5minutes.com is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, computer difficulties or any other technological glitches.
5. My5minutes.com will pick the winner at 5pm PT October 1st, 2004.
6. The winner will be picked by my5minutes.com, with the member ratings having a large influence on the winning video. Decisions of my5minutes.com with respect to the contest are final.
7. You indemnify and hold harmless my5minutes.com and Live 105 against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the filming of your video, any copyright matters brought forth by the content in your video, the prize or participation in the contest.
CONDITIONS:
My5minutes.com/LIVE 105 will notify winners by email. All prizes or prize certificates will be mailed to the winner with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore winner assumes the risk of its arrival. My5minuts.com/LIVE 105 is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
Once films are uploaded to my5minutes.com, my5minutes.com have the rights to freely distribute and redistribute the video. The contest is void where prohibited. By participating in the contest, the winner and/or travel companions agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
